CONSULTATION
If you’re ready to take the next step, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. This allows you to explain what brings you to counseling, ask any questions you might have, and figure out if this sounds right for you.
RATES AND SERVICES
Individual sessions are 50 minutes long. My fee is $100.
Payment is due at time of session.

PAYMENT
I accept debit cards, all major credit cards, cash, check, HSA.
IN-PERSON AND TELEHEALTH
I am currently offering in-person sessions as well as telehealth sessions. Masking is currently not required for in-person sessions.
A QUICK NOTE BEFORE YOU BEGIN
I encourage you to begin this process with openness, curiosity, and hope. The outcomes of counseling are highly dependent on how much you are willing to engage in the process. There are no miracle cures or quick fixes! Therapy is usually complex and nonlinear, and along the way it is common to experience discomfort, surprises, and growing pains. Part of our work together involves learning to embrace the spontaneity and creativity that arises - in therapy and in life. Trust the process, and more importantly - learn to trust yourself!
